Drone Gantry

• Designed for NJIT Robotics Lab
• 1300 x 1300 x 1300 mm gantry with rotating camera tool head – meant to approximate drone
• Built to assist in the rapid development of camera-related code for drones
• God’s-eye view camera on top of extending frame that can see entire XYZ gantry
• Folds flat – designed to shrink down and fold flat for storage and to be mobile enough to easily fit through a doorway
• Custom firmware for relative motion including yaw – macro called each time yaw is performed (camera is rotated) to rotate the coordinate system
